At RTI CABINETSā¢, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement project. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return or claim within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Shipment
Carefully repackage the cabinets in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Affix the provided shipping label to the crate or box and coordinate with our freight partners for a scheduled curbside pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned inventory for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
